I am currently a master’s-level Clinical Mental Health Counseling student at Southern New Hampshire University. With over ten years of experience as a Pre-K teacher, I have developed a strong foundation in working closely with children and their diverse, multi-dimensional families. My work has focused on fostering healthy communication, establishing appropriate boundaries, and supporting the development of social-emotional regulation skills through the Pyramid Model.

I was drawn to the field of clinical mental health counseling through my passion for helping others discover their own capacity for growth and change. I believe that every individual (regardless of life stage, ability, or perceived barriers) has the potential to continue evolving. Sometimes, growth simply requires the right support and guidance.

During my time with Bridgeway, I hope to deepen my understanding of myself as a counselor in training while meaningfully supporting the individuals and communities they serve.
