4+ years work experience as a therapist and social worker, serving adolescents, adults,
and families in various settings, including residential treatment and community mental health.

I enjoy working with young people and adults who are navigating life’s challenges and seeking greater self-understanding, healing, and growth. Whether someone is exploring their identity, working through a life transition, or feeling stuck, I aim to create a space that is supportive, nonjudgmental, and empowering.

My background includes working in residential treatment programs for mental health and substance use, and I bring a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to therapy. I also have experience using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), an evidence-based treatment for OCD and anxiety, to help clients face and manage their fears.

I specialize in working with gender-expansive and neurodiverse clients, and I’m passionate about building a collaborative, affirming space that honors each person’s unique experiences and strengths. I meet clients where they are and support them in building resilience, navigating challenges, and connecting more fully with themselves.

Outside of the office, you can find me gardening, spending time with my cats, Cricket and Clover, road-tripping, and catching live music.
